Most cost effective way to get to Boulder Downtown from the DEN airport is the RTD Route AB1 SKYRIDE BUS between Boulder and Denver Airport. It costs about $10 for regular tickets and only $1.50 for seniors. Once you get your luggage, just follow signs for Ground Transportation (Exit the Jeppesen Terminal at the south end --> Go through the glass doors --> Take the escalator down to ground level to the bus terminal). The bus ride from DEN airport to Boulder downtown is approximately 1 hour. To come to eTown or most hotels closest to eTown, you'd get off at the final stop of the bus, the "Downtown 14th & Walnut Station."
Uber/Lyft - usually $50 - $100 one way
There is no train to Boulder.
Lots of car rental places can be found in the main terminal.
