Support Pods
Connect. Collaborate. Amplify.
Support Pods are small, focused groups offered by Integral Leadership in Action (ILiA) to turn shared values into shared action.
Across the world, alumni circles, professional guilds, and faith-based communities thrive because they don’t just share ideas—they share resources. They act as force multipliers, helping each other grow through mentorship, collaboration, and trusted referrals.
The Integral community is rich in wisdom, but often lacks the infrastructure for real-world support. That’s what Support Pods aim to change.
Each Pod is a space to:
Exchange practical advice
Share projects and requests
Collaborate across fields
Build trusted relationships
Support Pods are how we move from isolation to collective momentum. They’re not just about connection—they’re about doing the work together.
In June 2025 we got a new Zoom account.
If you registered before June 2025, please re-register below.
We have three ongoing monthly Integral Support Pods!
Integral Creative Writers’ Support Pod
We meet 1st Mondays at 4pm PST/7PM EST on Zoom
Next up: Monday, March 2nd, 4 PM PST/7 PM EST - AI in Writing- Part 2
Using AI Research for Writing
This session is for people who write—essays, articles, books, talks, or creative work—but haven’t quite figured out how (or whether) AI fits into their research process. Maybe you’re curious. Maybe you’re skeptical. Maybe you’re worried it will flatten your voice or cross ethical lines. All of that is welcome here.
We’ll start with the why: how AI can support your thinking, expand your research horizon, and save time without replacing your intelligence or creativity. Then we’ll move into the how, walking through practical ways writers are using AI as a research assistant rather than a ghostwriter.
You’ll see a live demo of AI being used for real research in real time—no tricks, no polishing afterward. Then you’ll try a short, hands-on activity in your own AI system so you can feel what it’s like from the inside, not just hear about it.
We’ll close with an open discussion about how each participant might use AI in their own writing practice—and any concerns, boundaries, or ethical questions that come up along the way. The goal isn’t to convince you of anything, but to help you make informed, grounded choices about whether and how AI belongs in your work.
Come curious. Come cautious. Come exactly where you are.
Integral Life Practices Support Pod

Next Up: Tuesday, March 10th, 10:30 AM PT/1:30 PM ET
Integral Life Practices — Chapter 8: Integral Ethics (pp. 255–286)
This March we begin the final stretch of our journey together: the last three months and the final three chapters of the Integral Life Practice book. These sessions are where everything starts to land in real life. Less theory for theory’s sake, more “how do I actually live this?”
Chapter 8, Integral Ethics, brings the AQAL framework right into everyday choices—how we show up, how we relate, and how our values express themselves in the small, ordinary moments of life. It’s practical, grounded, and surprisingly relevant to work, relationships, and community life.
We’re re-inviting everyone to join any or all of these one-hour sessions, held on the second Tuesday of each month. You’re very welcome to jump in here even if you haven’t been following along from the beginning—as long as you have some basic AQAL familiarity, you’ll be right at home.
Think of these final chapters as a beautiful on-ramp to the conference at the end of May—a way to get oriented, inspired, and tuned to the deeper ethical and practical questions we’ll be exploring together.
Integral General Support Pod
We meet 3rd Mondays at 4pm PST/7PM EST on Zoom
Next Up: Monday, March 16th 4 PM PDT/7 PM EDT- note: No Support pod in Feb for holiday
Using AI to Improve Your Health
In this ILiA Support Pod, Bett Bollhoefer shares how she’s been using AI as a practical, supportive tool to create an actionable health plan—one that works with real bodies, real schedules, and real-life complexity.
This session is about using AI to stay organized, informed, and empowered in a healthcare system that can often feel fragmented and overwhelming. Bett will walk through how AI can help you coordinate across multiple specialists, keep your medical records and notes in one place, and prepare clear, focused questions so you can make the most of every doctor visit.
She’ll also show how AI can support small, everyday improvements—tracking what matters, reflecting patterns back to you, and helping you stay oriented toward what you can do, rather than getting stuck in fear or overwhelm.
This is not about replacing doctors or outsourcing responsibility. It’s about using AI as a thinking partner and organizer so you can advocate for yourself more clearly, stay positive and focused, and take meaningful steps toward better health—one day at a time.
Come with curiosity, your questions, and your lived experience. This session is designed to meet you where you are and give you tools you can actually use.

“What a blessing it has been to discover such a brilliant group of like-minded, passionate integral leaders, who wish to support one another in our common desire to spread the integral work through the written word. Every single session without fail, I walk away on fire with inspiration and motivation, always receiving a treasured gift of learning - whether it be a new writing practice, valuable feedback on a writing project, a deeper understanding of an integral principle or a new perspective that widens the focus of my own personal vision. I highly recommend attending the Integral Writers’ Pod - it truly is a group of Integral Leaders in Action!”

“I’ve been attending ILiA’s Support Pod meetings twice a month now for over a year. They have consistently been one of the high points of my week. I love how we learn from each other and support each other's work and play. May there be many more ILiA Support Pods!”
