Support Pods are small, focused groups offered by Integral Leadership in Action (ILiA) to turn shared values into shared action.
Across the world, alumni circles, professional guilds, and faith-based communities thrive because they don’t just share ideas—they share resources. They act as force multipliers, helping each other grow through mentorship, collaboration, and trusted referrals.
The Integral community is rich in wisdom, but often lacks the infrastructure for real-world support. That’s what Support Pods aim to change.

Round Table: Writing Catchy Hooks
How do we create openings that captivate our readers from the very first line? In this session we’ll explore the craft of writing strong hooks—those first sentences or paragraphs that pull a reader in and make them want more.
We’ll hold a round-table conversation where each attendee shares one of their favorite opening lines (from a book, essay, article, or their own work) and talks about what makes it effective. Come ready to share an opening that has stayed with you, and to listen as we unpack together what turns a good beginning into an unforgettable one.
Whether you’re drafting fiction, nonfiction, or anything in between, this is a practical, generative space to sharpen one of the most important skills in writing.
