First, I want to fill in with a little backstory: After the training, I stopped by a bookstore on Pearl St. where I saw and bought a book by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche on Tibetan sleep and dream yogas. This book has helped me awaken more to lucid dreaming practices. 

It also sparked my interest in the author’s other books, which brings me to the auspicious coincidence of discovering practices to evoke elemental qualities that nourish:

I’m now bringing this up because it has already enriched me exponentially and I believe has implications for what ILIA could include. I used to look down on any mention of soul retrieval because I thought it was just new age woo woo. But the retrieval teachings of this author (vs Sandra Ingerman’s work which I’m not all that familiar with) appeal both to my buddhist and Jungian sensibilities and,  to your points about leadership, there's already a connection between soul retrieval and business management (google soul retrieval and business management and you can see the various ways that these principles apply to business, organizations, and by implication, to coaching).

I don’t know if you already know them but it also appears there are at least some people who are applying these principles to corporate culture:

These folks are incorporating shamanic principles to corporate culture, which I can’t really vouch for, but right now I’m just a lot about learning to retrieve lost qualities in myself (what parts work addresses with different vocabulary) by connecting with and retrieving from elements in the natural world and internalizing what’s needed in the space of inner refuge per, Rinpoche’s book. But these practices also made me think more expansively about elements that the ILIA training supported in us. I hope you find these comments helpful.
